Meet The Team
françois servanin
DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Managing a fine watchmaking brand is truly my 4th job and I’ve always started jobs without truly knowing the industry, because if you know everything you don't do anything.
Forty years ago, I threw this challenge to Laurent, but in the meantime we both had other lives, I had other jobs in automobile and military vehicles, etc. When I finished these two experiences, I called Laurent back, to start this new journey together.
I’m blessed enough to say that everything I have achieved is thanks to my luck, my interpersonal skills, the encounters I have made and my empathy for others. It's great, I'm very happy to be with Laurent in this venture and to be able to continue this project together, especially at this time when we are particularly benefiting from an upturn.

A WORD ABOUT YOUR TEAM...
I'm grateful we have managed, over time, to put in place a team that is really talented at all levels. We are comfortable and get along well. It is rare to have people who are competent in all areas, and I believe this is the case today and I hope it will continue for many years.

HEAD OF SALES
WHAT DOES YOUR JOB INVOLVE ?
My job is to look after all the commercial aspects of the business. This involves maintaining relationships with our retail and distribution partners, as well as with end clients, to ensure they get everything they need. Day to day tasks would include explaining our various timepieces and their specific attributes, helping our customers identify the piece that is right for them, proposing assortments to our partners, training sales staff, representing the brand at trade shows and following up to ensure all the right things are in the right place at the right time.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TIMEPIECE OF THE COLLECTION?
This is a very hard question. As all the pieces in the collection have their own place and story to tell.
However, if I had to choose, I would have to say the Square Micro-Rotor in the steel case with the retro dial and green strap is my favourite. This watch speaks to me for its aesthetics, with a perfect blend of classic lines and a modern twist, to make it something truly special. But also of course for its technical aspects, notably the micro-rotor movement with the natural escapement. I love the idea that this rare horological technology was invented by Abraham-Louis Breguet in 1789 and then almost 250 years later, perfected by Mr. Ferrier and his team.
christian ferrier
HEAD OF BRAND PATRIMONY
WHAT DOES YOUR JOB INVOLVE?
I realize the study and the design of all the LF calibres and I also work with my father on the cases' design.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TIMEPIECE IN THE COLLECTION?
It's impossible to choose, they all are like my children.
But I'm wearing a Square Micro-Rotor with a yellow gold-toned dial. My dad has offered it to me for my fortieth birthday and I don't ever get tired of it.

I am responsible for the supply chain. This means that I purchase materials and components, I liaise with subcontractors, I manage stocks and the workshop's planning.
In parallel, I manage deliveries (imports/exports) and I also take care of sales administration.
WHY DO YOU LIKE WORKING HERE?
I have been working here for six years now and during these six years, the company has never stopped progressing. Both in terms of the quality of its products and the improvement of its production, its relations with its customers and its quality of life in the company. I am very proud to be part of this.

HEAD OF MARKETING
WHAT DOES YOUR JOB INVOLVE ?
Most of my work consists of managing strategic marketing: product launches, product environment, social networks, website...etc. I also carry out all the organisation of events and the press relations.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TIMEPIECE IN THE COLLECTION?
It is difficult for me to choose because I know and follow the brand since before the very first timepiece. I think I would rather talk about the soft and strong curves of the cases designed by Laurent.
As far as the movement is concerned,I think of the micro-rotor with a natural escapement which is breathtaking, as much in its history as in its complexity and aesthetic.
jessica
